Vattanac Group and Phase Scientific Jointly Donate 100,000 INDICAID Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test Kits Worth USD 1 Million to the Royal Government of Cambodia.

To support efforts to prevent and control the spread of Covid-19in Cambodia, on 24 July 2021, Vattanac Group  (one of the prominent  group of companies  in Cambodia with 100% Cambodian investors and  subsidiaries such as Vattanac Bank, VattanacProperty, Rosewood Hotel, Vattanac F&B, Vattanac Investment, VattanacBrewery, Vattanac Golf Resort, Vattanac Ville, etc.)   in collaboration with PHASE SCIENTIFIC ( aHong Kong-based manufacturer of the INDICAID Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Tests)  donated 100,000 INDICAID Covid-19 RapidAntigen Test kits worth US$ 1 million to the Royal Government of Cambodia throughSamdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom ofCambodia.

The donation is conducted  in two phases. The first phase is the delivery of 50,000 kits today to H.E. Seng Teang,Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, representative ofSamdech Techo Prime Minister, and the second phase will be the delivery ofanother  50,000 kits in August 2021.

Mr. Ricky Chiu, Founder and CEO of Phase Scientific, expressesdelight in take part in the Royal Government of Cambodia’s efforts to controlthe outbreak of Covid-19 by cooperating with Vattanac Group to donate the rapidtest kits.  He said INDICAID is a rapidtest for Covid-19 done by collecting nasal fluid sample. It has obtained the CEmark, which confirms compliance with EU standards. INDICAID is simple, easy touse and can show the test result quickly -  in just 20 minutes,  without any additional tools or materials.  INDICAID has been assessed for its accuracy throughthe largest experimental  test in the worldby testing 9,200 samples and the results were further verified with the resultsof PCR Test.  The results showed thatINDICAID was highly effective in testing for Covid-19 with a high stimuluslevel of 93.93%.  It has 99.95% accuracyand the shortest time to diagnose Covid-19. INDICAID is currently being distributedin 33 countries, including Cambodia.
