Vattanac Bank and the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) links up to support SMEs

Vattanac​ Bank​ and​ the​ Young​ Entrepreneurs​ Association​ of​ Cambodia​ (YEAC)​ recently​ held​ a​ strategic​ discussion​ on​ 11th​ April​ 2023​ at​ the​ Business​ Development​ Centre​ in​ Cambodia.​ The​ meeting​ was​ attended​ by​ Anthony​ Chin,​ CEO​ of​ Vattanac​ Bank,​ Oknha​ Pech​ Bolen,​ President​ of​ YEAC,​ and​ distinguished​ members​ from​ both​ parties.

The​ primary​ objective​ of​ this​ meeting​ was​ to​ identify​ opportunities​ for​ collaboration​ between​ Vattanac​ Bank​ and​ YEAC​ to​ support​ SMEs​ and​ entrepreneurs​ in​ Cambodia.​ Throughout​ the​ discussion,​ both​ parties​ explored​ different​ ways​ of​ addressing​ the​ challenges​ that​ small​ businesses​ face​ in​ the​ country​ and​ developing​ solutions​ that​ would​ benefit​ the​ Cambodian​ economy.

Vattanac​ Bank​ had​ already​ made​ significant​ strides​ towards​ supporting​ SMEs​ and​ entrepreneurs​ by​ becoming​ a​ Silver​ Sponsor​ of​ the​  'Access​ to​ Finance​ Program​ 2023' which​ was​ launched​ on​ 31st​ March​ 2023.​ The​ program​ aims​ to​ provide​ support​ and​ access​ to​ debt​ financing​ and​ business-related​ knowledge​ to​ YEAC​ members​ and​ SMEs.

The​ discussion​ between​ Vattanac​ Bank​ and​ YEAC​ promises​ to​ bring​ significant​ benefits​ to​ the​ SME​ sector​ in​ Cambodia.​ The​ support​ of​ Vattanac​ Bank,​ coupled​ with​ the​ experience​ and​ knowledge​ of​ YEAC,​ will​ undoubtedly​ lead​ to​ positive​ outcomes​ for​ small​ businesses​ seeking​ to​ grow​ and​ succeed​ in​ Cambodia.
