The official signing ceremony took place on Friday, 4 September 2026, at the Vattanac Bank Head Office, located on Level 2 of Vattanac Capital. The agreement was signed by Dr. Anthony Chin, Chief Executive Officer of Vattanac Bank, and Ms. Yap Sim Bee, Chief Executive Officer of Orienda Hospital, alongside senior management from both organizations.
