Vattanac Bank and Mission Alliance Cambodia Forge Strategic Collaboration to Empower Communities

On 19th September 2025, Vattanac Bank officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mission Alliance Cambodia to collaborate on initiatives aimed at strengthening financial inclusion, enhancing digital literacy, and advancing community development in Cambodia.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Anthony Chin, Chief Executive Officer of Vattanac Bank and Mr. Biju Abraham, Country director of Mission Alliance. The signing ceremony was witnessed by senior management representatives from both organizations.

Through this collaboration, Vattanac Bank and Mission Alliance Cambodia will work together to support entrepreneurs in the informal economy with training, mentoring, and financial literacy programs; promote digital literacy and online safety awareness among students and educators—particularly in preventing Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (OCSEA); and explore future initiatives in community development and sustainability, creating lasting positive impact for Cambodian communities.
