Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm welcome
  • Ensure providing customers with good service
  • Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals,remittance, currency exchange, etc.
  • Handle cash and check counterfeit notes
  • Count cash at the beginning and ending of shift
  • Attend to customers' inquiries related to the Bank's products and services
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

Capabilities and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and Banking or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal English communication; Chinese would be added advantage
  • Pleasant personality and ability to handle complaints
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Word & Excel
