Key responsibilities

  • Prepare job advertisement for the Bank’s job vacancies and post in social media such as Facebook/LinkedIn and other job search websites
  • Build talent pipeline and source candidates through social media channels, universities, networking events both in Phnom Penh and provinces
  • Prepared and organize walk-in interviews, career forums and job fairs, and visit universities to present Career Opportunities at the Bank
  • Work with recruitment team to source, call, interview and recommend candidates with the right set of competencies and attitudes within the required time frame
  • Conduct pre-employment, background and reference check of all applicants to ensure that only qualified personnel are hired by Bank
  • Facilitate orientation/on boarding programs for new staff
  • Update/maintain candidate information records in database and compile statistical reports
  • Maintain professional relationship with Bank’s customers, suppliers, applicants and contacts, thereby promoting good business and corporate image of the Bank; attend networking events
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Department

Capabilities and experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management and/or in any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, and employer branding
  • Proficient in use of social media and job portals as well as familiarity with business and/or professional networking
  • At pleasing personality, self-starter, well-organized, good team player, intuitive, and with good presentation skills
  • Skilled in active listening, seeking information, and asking questions
  • Has a personal commitment to operational excellence; display honesty, high integrity, professionalism and strong work ethics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint, and Database management, and in use of Internet and Email
  • Strong in spoken and written English
