Key responsibilities

  • Greeting customers with warm welcome
  • Answer the telephone and Transfer calls to the right person
  • Arrange the transportation
  • Receive inward mail and rubber stamp date
  • Receive, note and deliver in-coming mails
  • Receive and note out-going mails and give to messenger
  • Connect to overseas calls, record all calls, and pass it to whom called to sign
  • Pass overseas calls record to Account

Capabilities and experience

  • University student in relevant field
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
  • Good command of written and verbal English
  • Detail-oriented and able to adhere to instructions
  • Matured, and pleasant personality
  • Computer literate (MS. Office, Email, etc.)
