To obtaining market research such as current trends in their niche and the needs and desires of consumers. This allows creating a target audience and building campaigns and promotions aimed at this group of customers.
To make appointment with customer and present the bank products and services
To set target for the staff on recruiting cardholder and merchant acceptance.
To set target on getting merchant discount partner
To recruit potential ATM location
To set up meeting with branches to improve the number of cardholder and merchant.
To discuss with Head/Deputy Head of Dept on the matter and propose before public to others.
To provide training to staff or branches if required.
To participate in the event that needs team support.
Maintain the relationship by providing support to customers and colleagues.
To comply with the bank policy and guideline
Weekly and monthly report of the performance to Head/Deputy Head Dept.
To perform any other duties assigned from time to time by Head/Deputy Head of Dept.
