Job overview

  • Provide personal administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests to the Executive Director/General Manager
  • Perform general clerical and projects based work

Key responsibilities

  • Make appointment, greet customers and visitors
  • Set up travel arrangements, itinerary and accommodation for ED/GM for local/overseas business trip/conference
  • Set up travel arrangements, hotel/restaurant reservation for Board of Directors during the meeting
  • Set up accommodation, transportation and entertainment arrangements for bank’s visitors
  • Prepare a proper filing including documents and correspondences, reports, and materials
  • Provide a professional assistance to manage and organize personal documents of ED/GM
  • Maintain ED/GM's calendar, documents,  and incoming-outgoing mail
  • Keep ED/GM updated and informed of any suggestions for improvement, resource requirements
  • Liaise with other departments and ensure proper teamwork and well cooperation
  • Translate letter from ministries and other institutions as required
  • Provide general administrative office support to ED/GM

Others:

  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to:
  • Photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Coordinate project-based work
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by ED/GM from time to time

Capabilities and experience

  • Possess University Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Fluent in Khmer and English (Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage)
  • Matured, resourceful and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work well under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Able to do translation of documents
  • Computer literate
