Key responsibilities

  • Produce project proposals and contract for clients
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis
  • Relay messages from the Management effectively with the team and cross departments
  • Periodically handle technical issues, and complaints
  • Train and manage employees about their duties and workflow
  • Compile weekly sale reports and submit to the manager
  • Perform other duties assigned by the line manager

Capabilities and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Proficient in the English language for speaking and writing
  • Excellent skills in presentation, negotiation, and communication
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of product-related incidents such as issues, changes, project management, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
  • Result oriented with high responsibility, patience, and commitment
