Vattanac Bank is a Cambodian owned bank offering retail and commercial banking services. Its head office is located at Level 2, Vattanac Capital, a landmark building in Phnom Penh. The Bank received its license from the National Bank of Cambodia on 7 June 2002 and commenced operations on 8 November 2002.
As at 31 December 2014, the Bank’s paid-up capital is at US$64,500,000.00, its total assets stood at US$332,435,114.00 and the shareholders equity is at US$68,387,729.00.
The Bank recently received the Best Customer Service Bank Cambodia 2015 and the Best Bank for Premier Banking Cambodia 2015 from the Global Banking & Finance Review. In 2014, the bank was awarded Best Commercial Bank Cambodia and Best Innovation in Retail Banking Cambodia awards from the International Banker. The Capital Finance International (CFI) conferred the Bank the Best Corporate Governance Cambodia award in 2013.
At present, the Bank has 6 branches, with 5 located in the capital and 1 in Siem Reap Province. More branches are scheduled to open in year 2016 at strategic locations in the capital and in key provinces of Cambodia such as in Battambang, Kampong Cham and Preah Sihanouk.
